As we enter the new normal of physical distancing, our team have been working hard to provide the best service possible in these challenging circumstances. Sometimes, providing these services might take us a little bit more time, as we are following government guidelines to keep everybody as safe as possible.
We can continue to provide all necessary animal care services.
Urgent and emergency cases will be prioritised, therefore, the waiting times for less urgent cases may be longer.
We require 48 hours’ notice for repeat medications. One of our team members will contact you when your medication is ready.
If you would like your medication posting, please specify this at the time of ordering.
Payment can be made over the phone so we can minimise the amount of time you spend in the surgery.

Monday – Saturday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
To avoid gatherings outside the practice, we will no longer be offering open surgery. We will be offering appointment blocks throughout the day, which are as follows:
Moving forwards, we will continue to offer telephone consultations where possible. Please be aware that these are charged for and can be paid for over the phone.
