We would like to thank our clients for their patience and understanding during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
As we enter the new normal of physical distancing, our team have been working hard to provide the best service possible in these challenging circumstances. Sometimes, providing these services might take us a little bit more time, as we are following government guidelines to keep everybody as safe as possible.
We can continue to provide all necessary animal care services.
Urgent and emergency cases will be prioritised, therefore, the waiting times for less urgent cases may be longer.
We require 48 hours’ notice for repeat medications. One of our team members will contact you when your medication is ready.
If you would like your medication posting, please specify this at the time of ordering.
Payment can be made over the phone so we can minimise the amount of time you spend in the surgery.
How can you help us to protect our staff and clients?
Please do not enter the waiting room if there is already somebody in there.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided on reception.
Please stay behind the lines on the floor of our reception and consultation rooms, unless invited forwards.
Where possible, we are asking that only one person attends the consultation with their pet.
When examining your pet, we appreciate it might be difficult to maintain an ideal distance of 2 metres. Therefore, we ask that you wear a face covering for your nose and mouth where possible.
